WebRTC leak

What this means

The fingerprint and WebRTC leak are computed in your browser. Geolocation uses ipwho.is from your IP; none of this passes through our server.

Frequently asked questions

Can it tell if I use a VPN?
It gives clues: it compares your browser timezone with your IP timezone and runs a WebRTC leak test. A mismatch or a leaked local IP reveals a misconfigured VPN.
What is a WebRTC leak?
WebRTC can reveal your real IP —even behind a VPN— when negotiating direct connections. The test tells you whether your browser exposes it.
Do you collect my IP?
Geolocation uses a public API (ipwho.is) only to show it to you; the browser fingerprint and the WebRTC test run on your device. We store nothing.
